⭐ 1-Star Review — Unacceptable Service & Disrespect I’ve been coming to this place for a while, but after today, I will never return. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got my nails and toenails done, and immediately noticed the polish on the side of my toenail was completely messed up — uneven, sloppy, and clearly rushed. When I pointed it out, the owner looked at it himself and agreed that it was done badly. He even offered me a discount because the job was so poorly executed. But instead of simply fixing the issue or apologizing, things got worse. His staff started talking back to me, telling me that “if you didn’t like it, you should’ve said something earlier,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful. The energy was completely unprofessional. Then, out of nowhere, the owner told me, “Okay, leave now.” I was shocked. After admitting the work was done wrong, offering a discount, witnessing his staff disrespect me — instead of fixing the problem, he chose to tell me to leave. That showed me everything I needed to know about how little they value their customers. The lack of customer service, accountability, and basic respect was unbelievable. No paying customer should ever be treated like that. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

My go-to nail place!!! Kim and Tom are wonderful people and very good at what they do. Me and my mom go there every 2ish weeks for a fill, and I’ve never had a problem with booking! These are just one of my most recent sets from them. They’re shaped perfectly and feel amazing!! 10/10 \(^ヮ^)/

Kim's Nails is the absolute best! My nails are always done beautifully. And they do AMAZING designs. I always have a wonderful experience! I've posted some of the nails I've had done there in the last year.
