Almost the worst Chinese I’ve had. The chop suey was inedible slop drenched noodles. Fried rice was flavourless and comparable to Uncle Ben’s microwaveable excuse for rice. Chicken balls saved us from going hungry. Welland continues to be a black hole, devoid of good food and in desperate need of saving. Honestly, mall Chinese is better. Ma still sets the standard for Niagara but really wishing Canton House wasn’t closed for the holidays ☠️. Continue to be stranded in the food wasteland that is Welland. Send help

Ordered a Meal for my family tonight . We were very disappointed with how soggy the sesame chicken was even wonton crispy noodles were like paste. The first time we've had a problem like this with kimonos. I call to let them know. 2 women were extremely ignorant to me.and said I was wrong they were right . Yelling at each other because they couldn't understand my calm issue in English . Very unprofessional . I did not want anything in return. I just wanted to make them aware after spending $120 . My boys were very disappointed . Just because you pack something one way doesn't mean it arrives another way. I know I won't be there first complaint. The lady said fine we will give you a fried tong with next order. After I reminder her . The customer is always right. Unbelievable.News flash kimonos don't box up steaming hot Chinese food. And seal A card board box .

No point to go back here ever again since the Buffet went away. I gave the takeout one chance hoping that maybe the food will get better if the newer owners were prioritizing quality over quality, but weirdly the food got even worst. This place is forever ruined now.

The food is by far the best I've had in the area so far. I would love to see this place renovated, it's a bit outdated and gloomy in there. I couldn't enjoy the great food dining in, always take out for me. The fishtank in the front needed to be drained out and new water added, it's th first thing you see as you walk in, and is a total turn off! Again, like I said - the food is always delish. I would love to see them offer catering trays!
