I just had my winter tires put on. Service was great, right on time and K fixed my phone connection with my car too !!!!

I went to my service today and everything was great. They got all done very quickly and beyond. They were proactive and friendly. Great staff working here. Recommended!

Quick and easy! They got back to us about our new 2025 Kia Carnival LX+ within just a few days and we are mostly thrilled with the service, thank you Sam, Gino, Matt and Jay! The parking lot is a disaster but the customer service is worth the parking headache haha

All I can say is WOW. Have been going here for years and had pretty decent service. I recently dropped my vehicle off for a month to get a new engine installed, when I arrived to finally pick it up the entire car was covered in dust and dirt - looked like it was parked in a field for a month. Grease all over the front bumper from the install - nobody had the decency to wipe it off. Upon driving the vehicle I heard all kinds of clanging in the front right side - when I got home I found 4 spark plugs and a screw and washer rolling around under the hood. Truly concerned about the level of work done on such a big job considering the above. Received two texts from the service managers to see how the job was. Explained the above the first time - was told they would talk to the mechanic. Recounted my concerns to the second text and received zero response. I would look elsewhere for your car service.
