1) Need to teach your staff about food safety. One employee went from the register to the kitchen and back with the same pair of gloves on all while touching her face and playing with her hair. 2) Why have an app that you can order a head on when your food is still not ready after the 15 minutes it took you to get there. 3) If you call them chicken strips they should be actual strips not the size of a nugget.

So excited that the KFC is back and opened it is as nostalgic as I remember and the people working there are always nice. The cashier Keira was very helpful when suggesting items! Definitely will be back

Absolutely thrilled this classic KFC on Hartzel is open again. The chicken here is way better than most locations in Ontario. Crispy, flavourful, not oily. The staff were super friendly even on their first week. What really makes this place special is the vintage storefront with the old school Kentucky Fried Chicken logo. It gives the place so much character and charm. Please keep it exactly like this. A great addition to the neighbourhood!

Did not like this place 2 years ago the chciken was nasty greasy absolutly gross and the customer service was horrible. NOW 100% better the chicken was fresh crisp on the outside juicy on the inside and the customer service was on point. We will be back.
