If I could give this a negative review I would. Migraine and had a craving, went in and walked out without food since they wanted $50 for 2 combo’s which should’ve been $30 max with tax and they were trying to explain with the tomato and toppings even though that’s on the sandwhich and included. They still couldn’t figure it out so I left and cancelled the order.

I stopped by the Ontario St. KFC in St. Catharines recently and was genuinely impressed by the service. I know fast food can be hit or miss, but the team working this shift was on point. The person at the counter was super friendly, patient while I decided on my order, and actually got everything right (including the extra dipping sauces!). The food came out hot and fresh, not like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Whatever changes they are making here, it’s working. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had in Niagara lately.

Just had the WORST experience... accidentally had my app set to this store... tried to cancel the order right away... support was the store phone number... the person whom answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me... called back... hung up on me again... drove to the store... they took no accountability... in fact the manager put the blame on the worker after admitting it was her on the phone. No apology. No gift card that was mentioned on the phone. Just rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. At least the food was okay! I can promised though after that very unpleasant experience... Definitely will never go back to that location ever again! THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The rudest customer service I have ever received. We pulled up to the speaker and were not greeted for several minutes. We said hello, and we got a delayed, "yea one minute." The food quality is not what it used to be and the prices are friggin ridiculous. Almost 20$ for a 3pc chicken meal with soggy chicken. All around - 0 stars.

I’m very disappointed with my recent KFC order. I received 8 pieces of chicken, but almost all were tiny wing pieces — not a single drumstick or thigh. The portions were much smaller than expected and definitely not what KFC usually offers. I’ve attached photos showing the size compared to my fingers — it’s quite disappointing, especially for the price. I hope KFC reviews this and ensures fair portions and quality in future orders.
