It isn't often that we can say that a car accident is a positive experience , but I am here to suggest that Kelly and Heather certainly made it as positive as it could be! From the moment the accident occurred, to the seamless claim process I was absolutely amazed at how quickly and efficiently the situation was resolved. Heather initiated multiple phone calls to check on the progress and Kelly herself followed up personally once the car was repaired. Knowing that she and her staff were at the end of the phone if I experienced ANY difficulty was extremely reassuring as she was aware that I was concerned about a lengthy or convoluted experience.
