Had a very bad experience dealing with this company, I’ve had 1-2 insurance cancellations as the other insurance refused to take the payment out and it was during the holiday so the payment bounced back. I’ve never had a car accident for 16 years I’ve been driving - They’ve brought it up that a car scratched my car in 2017 - was not even a car accident . I’m an excellent driver and have 3 kids . It shouldn’t be 3300$ and they wouldn’t even offer monthly payments . Disgusting.

Absolutely horrible insurance broker would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very poor customer service. Mark Keller does not look out for the best interest of his clients very rude and unprofessional the girl Candace that works there very rude very unprofessional there rates are very high all around just a horrible place to do business with

I have nothing but positive things to say about Keller brokers mark is amazing and understood my situation completely got me insurance at a great price considering the circumstances the ladies at the front desk were very professional I didn’t feel judged at all people go through things in life and this is just one of those things that made me feel good you guys are doing great

I called for a quote for my cars. I was put in contact with an Emily Kulak. She was very helpful and I had no trouble understanding her. She went out of her way to answer all my concerns. Emily was also very friendly and even though i probably kept her on the call to long asking questions and she was very patient with me.
