We’ve been trying to resolve a major failure with KWP Naturetech Prestige D5 siding sold through Kaycan (now Saint-Gobain). The paint has completely fallen off the entire south side of a large home and shop — the product came with a 25-year paint warranty and it’s not even 10 years old. Despite multiple emails to Frédéric Gimeno and François Meynard (Saint-Gobain) on Sept 30, Oct 6, and Oct 22, 2025, there’s been no reply from anyone. We also contacted Mark Mackenzie at Kaycan, but no one has any answers or direction. Saint-Gobain continues to offer a token payout (~$1,300) that wouldn’t even cover paint, labour, or lift rental, and they’ve avoided addressing the issue directly. For a company of this size, it’s shocking how little support they provide for their own warranty. They do not stand behind their products or their customers. View on GoogleCourteous staff, helpful with product info. Best pricing in the area. Nick the sales rep has come out to site to deliver materials when we couldn’t get to store to pick up. Gordie is always helpful with window orders etc. There the only place to go if you want get service and superior products.
