I had such a great experience shopping for Pandora at Kavar Jewellers in the Pen Centre. Nicole was incredibly helpful when I showed her inspiration photos of bracelets I wanted to recreate for my Disney princess inspired charm bracelet. She took the time to find charms that matched and recommended a few new Pandora charms that made the bracelet even more special. The staff were patient and knowledgeable, and the store had a great selection of Disney and glass charms. I really appreciated the customer service and will definitely come back to this location.

I purchased my fiancés engagement ring from Kavar, and we recently went back for our wedding bands. Both experiences were fantastic. The staff were so helpful and we were able to tailor our preferences easily. The quality of the stones and jewelry is top notch. We will only go to Kavar for our jewelry needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Wilma the Sales Associate was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful. The selection of watches in inventory is quite admirable. The selection was beautiful and high quality. I am thrilled with my new Mido Multifort M Freeze watch purchase and will definitely be returning. BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely awful customer service at Kavar today. I went in with an ad from their website, and when the employee couldn't find the correct item, she asked another employee (blonde, middle aged woman) for help. What a terrible associate she turned out to be. She immediately said that that chain would never be sold at such a price and that it was a mistake. She said there was no such price for that item, and immediately started making me feel like I was stupid for even thinking that I could get that item for the price listed ON THEIR WEBSITE. When you added the item to the cart, the price changed. I told them that what bothered me was that the price should NOT have changed, just because it was now in a cart. She just kept saying it was a Shopify error and there was nothing she could do. When I pointed out that the regular price was listed as $499, she said that they didn't even have the item for that price, which doesn't make sense, considering the ad showed "pick up available" at the St. Catharines store. When they made it clear they weren't willing to honour the website's price, I went to another jewelry store in the mall. I was close to tears when I entered that store, so I explained what had just happened and how I was treated at Kavar. She told me that if the price was on their store's website, it didn't make sense that they wouldn't honour that price, and I decided she was right. I went back to Kavar. I then had THREE women all ganging up on me, telling me that it was crazy for me to think that I could get a deal like that, and that they weren't willing to honour the website's price, regardless of the fact that it was advertised on their website. I then walked back to the other jewelry store in the same mall. While talking to the employees and comparing different items, the phone rang. An employee from Kavar called this employee from the other store, and started to threaten them! She was told that she was going to be sued, and that I had tried to "rob" them of this item, trying to get it for the advertised price. Not only do they not honour advertised prices on their website, they then call and harass other stores when they realize that customers won't put up with how they are mistreated at Kavar, and go to other business where people are treated with respect. Something Kavar lacks.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding ring. Roma was spectacular! She really took the time to ensure I found the perfect wedding band. The experience was truly joy-able in every moment. The da y we got the ring, she took her time to go through every possible detail. Thank you for making this so special. We truly love our Jacket ring. Can’t wait come come back for some more jewelry.
