I went here today for the first time and honestly so impressed with the atmosphere upon arrival. The two ladies at the front welcomed me in kindly. To top it off Katie was a pure sweetheart truly listened to what I was looking for with my cut and my hair feels fantastic!! Just very pleased and can’t wait to go back to get a color change next time. Thanks again Katie!! 🤍 UPDATE I returned to the salon and got my hair done by Meghan and OMG she did such a beautiful job and also very much understood the assignment and what I was looking for. Meghan is super kind and such a beauty. Thanks so much for making my hair colour absolutely gorgeous 🤍

Katie is a gem who goes above and beyond. I’ve been trusting her with my curls for almost ten years. All the staff are friendly and it feels like a family. Shout out to GG as well. She is so warm and kind.

I’ve been a client at this salon for quite some time. In the beginning, I consistently received exactly what I asked for, and the overall experience felt welcoming, attentive, and genuine. Unfortunately, over time that level of care noticeably declined. With each visit, I felt less valued as a client, and more concerning, the care for my hair also declined. During my last few appointments, my stylist arrived late (which appears to be a recurring issue based on what I’ve observed), seemed rushed and chaotic, and the service felt careless compared to previous visits. At my most recent appointment, I expressed concerns that my hair had been extremely dry and that I was experiencing visible breakage — despite receiving the same service I’ve had for years. Rather than having an open, professional conversation, I was met with a defensive and snappy response and was told I would have to pay to have the issue corrected, which I found very disappointing given the circumstances. Additionally, over time I’ve overheard stylists openly gossiping about other salons and clients. Most upsetting, during my last visit I overheard staff speaking negatively about me while I was in the washroom, assuming I couldn’t hear them. That was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, respectful experience and attentive care for your hair, this is not a salon I would recommend.

Katie and her team are truly one of a kind! The care, attention, and dedication that is provided at this salon is truly unmatched. Not only do they do a great job with your hair, but the vibe and space of the salon itself is so loving and enjoyable. Would trust Katie to do literally anything to my hair, she is the best. 💕

I had my first haircut at this salon and I'm ecstatic!! Jamie is a great stylist!! I had very specific requirements -- She listened attentively to my concerns, what I'm looking for and explained what she would do with my hair. She has fantastic attention to detail. I stopped styling my hair at home because the structure was so well executed and it looks great as it grows out. A big thank you to Jamie and also to the rest of the team that tended to me too!! Super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon!
