View on GoogleI was present the entire time, and my husband never stated that my watch was over 25 years old. That claim is completely false. I brought my Chanel watch (less than 10 years of use) to this store only for a battery replacement. The watch had been working perfectly until this past September and had always been serviced exclusively at official Chanel boutiques. After the battery replacement, the back plate fell off within 30 minutes. I returned the same day, and the same issue happened again within 10 minutes. After a third visit for the same problem, I took the watch to an official Chanel service center, where I was informed that a sealing component required to secure the back plate was missing, likely lost during the battery replacement at this store. Because that sealing part was missing, the Chanel service center had to perform additional repairs, resulting in extra repair costs that would not have been necessary otherwise. The store also claimed they had my watch for “only 3 minutes,” which is not true. I waited at least 20 minutes with my husband during the battery replacement and even have a text message from that time while we were waiting. This can easily be verified through their own CCTV footage. Despite this, the store refused to take responsibility and instead accused me of bringing in a “25-year-old broken watch,” which is completely untrue. I received no sincere apology, only defensive and disrespectful responses. I visited to replace the battery for my Chanel watch, and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Canada. I asked beforehand if they could replace the battery, and they confidently said yes. I completely wasted my time, and on top of that, they actually made my watch worse — and still didn’t apologize for the damage or the inconvenience. If they had been honest from the start and told me that their policy says they’re not responsible for any damage they cause, I would have never left my watch with them. Hiding that kind of policy until after they mess up is unacceptable and just shows what kind of business they are running. And the other employee was unbelievably rude, repeatedly telling me that I was wasting their time. No — you wasted my time. If this is how you treat customers and run a business, you shouldn’t be in business at all.

I had a very nice Gentleman I believe Taki was his name.He took time to listen to my needs and help me out. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I have an ultimate piece of Jewelry reset and everything my heart desires! I had a great experience and look forward to shopping again only here! Thank you for the great experience!
