If you value trust then don’t choose Kandu Pools. Tony told me he would hold my spot in line even tho I didn’t have a deposit down (the electrician he recommended for a quote kept flaking on me) which was great. Until late winter when I emailed him about the pool and he told me my spot in line was pushed way back, from first thing in the spring to maybe July. Apparently he lied to me about holding my spot. What kind of company lies, and then only offers a disingenuous apology and no means to fix the problem they created? Hopefully this helps someone avoid working with a untrustworthy and unprofessional company. — Original review Didn't even get to work with this company because Tony promised to hold our spot and get back to us and didn't keep his word. Was ready to pay the deposit 6 months ago but his lack of communication prevented us from doing so and now we've been pushed to the end of the line. HIGHLY unprofessional
