5 Stars - Fast and easy process! Amber was incredibly professional, detailed, and helped me receive my permit in less than two weeks. I highly recommend Krista and her entire staff—they truly go above and beyond!

This company handled our case in a very unprofessional manner. They accepted an initial payment without providing a signed contract or clearly explaining the specific services they would deliver. Throughout the process, many of our questions and concerns were left unanswered and when we did follow up, their responses were irritated, as if asking for clarification was an inconvenience despite this being a basic part of their job as legal professionals. Eventually, we decided to discontinue the process, as little to no work had been done on our case. Despite this, they refused to refund our payment, at no point were we shown evidence that any meaningful action or work had been taken. Overall, communication was poor, and it felt like their main focus was collecting payment rather than properly assisting their client. I would not recommend this lawyer.

I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration lawyer. After hiring her and paying for her services, we received almost no support or guidance throughout the process. Communication was extremely poor: she stopped answering emails and calls, and we were left without updates or clear information about our case. We trusted her professionalism and expertise, but unfortunately, she did not fulfill her responsibilities as a legal representative. The lack of commitment and transparency caused us stress, delays, and a feeling of being abandoned as clients. Based on our experience, I strongly do not recommend her services. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer who is reliable, responsive, and truly committed to your case, I suggest looking elsewhere. I hope this review helps others avoid going through the same situation.

My husband and I, are super grateful for Kanata’s Legal Immigration Services job. They’ve made our journey, the most stress free possible. They were always honest with prices, contracts, etc. They are highly skilled and organized, that you don’t need to worry about pretty much anything other than to gather your documents. And they always kept in touch with us. You’d think that with the high demand they have, they won’t have time to be attentive, kindhearted and give you a humanitarian personalized assistance, BUT THEY DO. And their office is always tidy, such a professional environment. Krista the owner, Amber on finance, all the girls are great!
