⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST experience thanks to Charles. From the moment we started our tasting, he went above and beyond—walking us through the wines with so much knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. He explained the why behind what we were tasting in a way that was educational without ever feeling pretentious or boring (a rare talent!). On top of that, he was incredibly fun and personable—great energy, great conversation, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and memorable. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it absolutely elevated our visit. If you’re lucky enough to have Charles lead your tasting, you’re in for a treat. We’ll be back—and hoping he’s working!

Charles, our server, was incredibly approachable and engaging. He captured our attention with an intriguing and informative overview of the Niagara wine industry, all while keeping things personable and tailored to our experience. We’ve been to many Niagara wine tastings, but this one truly stood out! We learned so much and would definitely recommend it.

We had a tasting here and tried many samples of awesome wines . All of the Surahs were amazing . Colin is awesome and the best guy you can get to show you the tastings . Give this man a huge raise ! He made our experience a phenomenal one .

Great experience. We had Charles look after us during our wine tasting. Charles is extremely engaging and knowledgeable. Listening to him talk about the wines and the industry was as good an experience as tasting the exceptional Syrah Red's. Exceptional wine tasting experience.
