Just Service

Frank was here and fixed my dishwasher, AS ALWAYS. When I see negative reviews, I shake my head. I am not a relative or personal friend but Frank, over 22 years has repaired my appliances. He has never failed to fix it quickly and permanently. Last week, Frank repaired my aging dishwasher. He is honest, highly knowledgeable, and reliable.

I had a recall on my Whirlpool washer and was connected with Just Service. Clear, transparrent, and helpful communication from the beginning. The tech who came out was a a very professional and polite guy who fixed the problem and tested the machine in 15-20 min (much faster than expected). Very happy with the service!

I just had another great service call with Frank at Just Service. I've been using them for over a decade to fix our older appliances when issues arise. Older appliances seem to be built better, so I prefer to have them serviced rather than relegating them to a landfill only to be replaced by a crappy newer model that will only last 5 years. Just Service was the service provider Maytag gave me when I called them about my fridge over 10 years ago. I was so impressed with their professionalism and competence that I have continued to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to fix their appliances.

Very happy with "Just Service". My mom's portable dishwasher stopped draining. Frank replaced the burnt-out drain pump and cleared the partially-blocked drain line. He was friendly and professional. If we have any appliance issues in the future I'll call Just Service.

Had "Just Service" assigned to repair our WhirlPool top loaded washer. Calls with Linda were handled professionally as required parts to be ordered. The service tech, Frank was to arrive at 1:00 and was on time. Personable and explained what he was doing and did not mind me looking over his shoulder asking questions. In short order diagnostics completed and parts installed and washer re-checked to ensure working properly. All handled professionally and would not hesitate to have Just Service for any future repair work.
