First time with this salon, Jazmin listened to what I wanted. She took her time it looks amazing. I definitely will be a new client. So happy with how beautiful I feel.

My husband and I booked men's haircuts with the same stylist but were given different ones without explanation. Additionally, my husband is visually impaired and uses a guide cane to signal impairments. However, when he asked for a trim and some shaping, he was asked if he wanted his hair like his stylist; something he couldn't properly see and didn't feel comfortable making a fuss. He was given a very short haircut with some length on top, something very different than what he originally asked for. The website lists men's cuts at $25 upon booking, but we were charged $84.75 before tip. We were later told that men's cuts are $30, and there is a fee of $15 for a blow dry, something that was undisclosed and done on my very short hair for a few minutes. It was a meticulous process but it's something that I would have declined given the option. When we questioned this, we were told that we "know for next time." The thing is, both of us are willing to pay a higher price for a great haircut. Both of our haircuts turned out well, but not disclosing extra fees, not updating their prices on their website, not giving the rundown (or even reading the price out loud) to a blind man while I was still in the chair finishing up, and generally being dismissive when we brought our concerns to them is a questionable business practice.

I went to get a perm, and it turned out alright. Vidal had me hold the pieces of paper while she put in the curlers. I didn't mind but definitely something to note. While she put in the solution, a little dripped onto my face and almost into my eye. She did however, hand me a towel just in case. The washing process was very relaxing. The perm itself at the end, turned out a little tighter than I wanted. I showed her pictures of curly to wavy hair, even providing a photo of the curlers used, from my previous perm. My hair turned out way curlier than the photos, and it is more coils than curls. The entire experience was nice though.

Julian and Jazmine are amazing at coloring, repairing, styling, etc.. I had 3 different colors and Julian completely fixed my hair with a precious ash highlights style with a natural base. They are both very professional and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!
