Jubilee Place

While the building is clean and repairs are done promptly, the office hours are 8:30-noon. There is no one to call to check on a resident. There is no after hours number. There are no board term limits, no elections, no input, no opportunities for change. There are husband and wife teams on the board and issues retaining superintendents.
