I don’t write negative reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. Long story short - these guys butchered my basically new computer, didn’t call back when promised, and did not acknowledge their responsibility. Brought my next to brand new Microsoft Surface for a screen replacement. Computer was fine. Screen was cracked, but still working and fully functional. They checked that it was working before accepting it. They took the computer, promising a one day turnaround. Did not call back when promised. Only got though to them the next day. I was told “something went wrong. Now it won’t turn on. We will give you a refund”. When I asked what to do next, and how it happened, they would not acknowledge any responsibility for braking my computer. Apparently “sometimes things go wrong”. They gave me refund and a computer that had components beyond repair. I took it to another shop. They got the computer to turn on and a new screen to work. But they could not undo the damage these guys did to other charging and motherboard components. Don’t believe the fake reviews.

Knowledgeable, Professional and Fair. We had an outdated external drive with over 2TB of data (family photos, videos, legal documents, etc.) that stopped working. We contacted a GTA based company who told us they charge $1000 just to look at the device, regardless of whether or not they'd be able to successfully recover any data from it. That's a hell of a gamble and not very encouraging. Then we contacted Dan at JTG Systems and he said; "We won't charge you if we can't recover the data." Whew! What a relief. It wasn't an easy task, but JTG successfully recovered all of our family's data. Thanks guys! Great work! 👍

I came in thinking that I needed a new power supply which would have cost me around $250 installed. But it turned out it was just my power switch. As he didn't have one in stock, he showed me how to install a new external switch myself and didn't charge me anything for his time. I highly recommend JTG Systems.
