Best shoe store I’ve ever been to. The customer service in that store by the manager and employees is incredible!! Great job guys

Extremely poor experience with the "store manager" at the St. Catharines Pen Centre Journeys. I attempted to return a pair of Heelys purchased online 3 days previous and well within the advertised 365-day return policy. The return was denied solely because the wheels had been clipped into the shoes, something required to try the product and never disclosed as voiding a return. The manager refused to escalate the issue, would not allow me to speak to customer service at the store, and appeared more focused on being “right” than providing good customer service. What makes this more unacceptable is that Journeys customer service -who were absolutely lovely to deal with-confirmed they will issue a refund and even sent me a free shipping label and apologized on the stores behalf. If corporate customer service can approve the refund, there is no reasonable explanation for why the store would not. I will still shop Journeys online as I have 3 teenagers and also personally enjoy the shoes they sell, but I will never shop at this location again and warn others not too either.

We stopped in today to look for winter boots from my son. We found a pair of timberlands that he was after. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Had a good experience buying some shoes ! ALI was amazing and helped me with everything I needed! I probably wouldn’t have made the purchase if she wasn’t there! So nice and helpful, other employees should learn from her. She is a leader. 10/10

I can’t find Nike shoes size anywhere just here at journeys. Finally we have really such beautiful gorgeous very patient helper there her name Kristen she was amazing the entire time, we kept asking for multiple things but she always smiled and was more than happy to help, she is amazing god bless her
