My car was towed to Jo’s Auto, and what could have been an awful experience was instead turned into a positive because of the amazing manager. He went out of his way to help me, and my son and daughter who were with me. I will definitely go back when I need work done on my car. Thank you so much, I am the mom that was driving my son’s Hyundai and it had overstayed it’s visit, costing a lot, you took the time to listen and your kindness and understanding saved me. 💜💜

I broke down in Thorold on a Saturday afternoon with 2 teenagers in my car. Jo's was the only auto related place to answer my call and I was so thankful! Best customer service I've received in the auto related field to date. The most helpful, polite and got me through my day. Towed me back to Niagara Falls for a reasonable price AND the driver went out of his way to help me.
