Jordan's Flowers

I really wanted to love this place, but I’m honestly so disappointed after my visit today. I came in to get a dozen carnations for my mom for Valentine’s Day. When I got their I inquired about the carnations and was told that there’s a bucket I can choose out from right on the floor.. I implied I needed help picking out flowers and told the lady in front after asking for the price that I wanted a dozen 6 of white 6 of orange, but the she basically told me to just pick them out myself and directed me back to the bucket. I figured they were slammed because of the holiday and did not mind getting on my knees despite my minimal flowers knowledge. So I’m literally on my knees on the floor, picking through the carnations by myself. Then this guy walks in right after me, and suddenly two employees from the back rush over to help him pick out two dozen roses. They’re picking them out for him, showing him options, making sure everything looks perfect. He didn’t have to get on the floor or do anything…just stood there while they took care of everything. The difference in treatment was obvious and honestly kind of humiliating. I’m a local customer trying to support a small business, and I got completely ignored while someone else got the red carpet treatment. But the worst part was when I got home and unwrapped the flowers for my mom, so many of the stems were broken off. The packaging was terrible; they literally just stuck them in paper with a loose tie around them. Some stems were already cut short, no greenery whatsoever, no care put into it at all. Meanwhile, I watched other customers get beautifully arranged bouquets as I saw them leave the store. I was sooo excited to get flowers for my mom today, but I left feeling like I didn’t matter as a customer on top of being humiliated. For what I paid and for the occasion, this was really disappointing. I hope they realize that every customer deserves the same level of service, not just the ones they think are important. I’ve worked in hospitality my whole life, so I know these small gestures go a long way,,both the good and bad. All I’m asking is that every customer gets treated with the same care and respect, regardless of who they are and what they look like.

We reached out to Jordan's Flowers very last minute for our wedding ceremony, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! Not only were they able to accommodate us on such short notice, but the bouquets & boutonnieres were stunning and exactly what we had hoped for, if not better. Everything was beautifully done, and the pricing was competitive. We’re so grateful for their flexibility and talent. Highly recommend!

Well, my mom just received the most stunning arrangement of flowers for her 85th birthday. I have never seen an arrangement like this. Now, I do know that my nephew’s wife who used to be a florist had something to do with the orchestration of this arrangement during order…but Jorden’s executed it amazingly! Great job. I know who to use now when I want to send flowers to my mom.

We used Jordan's Flowers for our recent wedding on Thanksgiving weekend 2023. They were outstanding through the whole process and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. When I started looking into other companies, I was incredibly discouraged with what it would cost to have some beautiful arrangements and bouquets. I decided to reach out to my local florist, Jordan's and I am honestly so relieved and thrilled that I did. I gave them the budget we were hoping to stay within, and we were still able to do everything that we wanted: flowers for an arch, bouquet's, corsages, boutonnieres and table decor. I showed some inspiration pictures for everything, and what they produced was even better. Jordan's put so much care into the setup of everything and they were more than happy to work with our decor company to attach flowers to the arch and weave flowers into the garlands. My bouquet was a stunning fall coloured bouquet that I was in love with. The arch turned out beautifully, and the piece that everyone loved the most was my husband's pocket boutonniere. Please do not hesitate to use Jordan's for your wedding! They do their best to make your vision and dream become reality.

Flowers are always fresh and seasonal. Employees are so helpful and friendly, whether I’m just walking in or ordering ahead! You can really tell that the owners care, that a lot of thought was put into their processes and the space, and I love that it’s a local family business. So happy they had the opportunity to expand the shop, it’s a very quaint but refreshing space! I’ve been in many times and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know :)
