Jordan Station Storage

I had a horrible experience with Rick. I arrived with a truckload of items I wanted to store for my client... I had called to arrange storage a half an hour before I was to arrive. There wasn't anyone on the premises and when I called Rick back he was rude and told me he could not help me out and left me to search for another storage company. Customer service is not a high priority...I do not recommend!!!

Driveway was in excellent condition until it was damaged by a Jordan Station Storage Container that left marks in the driveway. I called them to straighten out the problem with a simple patch but received a brush off. I find them to be a untrustworthy company and would never deal with them.
