John Wolfe & Associate

I have used Mr. Wolfe for real-estate transactions as well as for business work. I have found him to be barely competent and incredibly rude and condescending. Rather than addressing clients in a professional manner, he becomes combative and derogatory. I have moved all of my business from his office and will never return.

My husband and myself want to thank you for your excellent service helping us over the years. In preparing our Will you were most patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Most recently, in a very stressful time in my life you helped me through the tough time and I'm so grateful that you were there for me. John Wolfe is a very reputable and outstanding lawyer.

Mr. Wolfe assisted my wife and me in crafting a new will this year. Despite having to reschedule our meetings due to my work commitments, he remained patient and accommodating. Our virtual session ultimately proved successful. Mr. Wolfe adeptly clarified legal terms that initially perplexed us, demonstrating a high level of thoroughness. He provided tailored and insightful suggestions based on our unique circumstances. Amanda, who handled our phone inquiries and welcomed us at the office, was exceptionally warm and friendly. The overall cost was reasonable, making the entire experience highly satisfactory.

So I came in the first time to get two documents notarized, Crystal notarized our documents and she was a gem, such an amazing person, very kind and I would definitely recommend her. Keep in my mind we payed around $70-75 for these documents. However, I just went back to get another document (just one, the same document as the previous one) notarized and unfortunately Crystal was not there and I had to deal with John Wolfe, one of the worst people to deal with, this guy charged us $50 for one document that had the same amount of work/signage as the the other documents that were signed before, when we asked him why he gave such a incompetent answer. I think this guy should retire as he does not know how to deal with clients properly and hand the establishment to the wonderful Crystal. If you run an office for notary, prices should not differ between people, I’m not getting an autograph of some important or famous person. Anyway probably last time I deal with Wolfe for anything. John Wolfe and his counter parts(Brandy his legal assistant) are great!! Very prompt with service and replies. John takes great pride in his work and very well organized. Takes the time to explain everything in terms that the average person can understand without question. Highly Recommend John and his colleagues.
