Still waiting for a callback

Kaley, the bail officer there, is absolutely amazing. She goes way above and beyond her job to make sure that everybody is safe and taking the right steps. She’s like the glimmer of hope you have left. She’s such a sweetheart. The staff at the front desk are also amazing—always helpful, quick, and prompt. The whole place is awesome.

Taking a group through them its been pretty good so far

Good staff expect for the one that lied to the cra about me and now I’m finding out they claimed on my taxes that I received way more in 2022 than I actually did. Was hopeful things would change but now that they’re messing with my taxes I’m not as hopeful, whoever’s in charge of taxes needs to do slightly better.
