We had a breakdown on our John Deere combine late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning we took it apart to determine the cause of the problem. We found we needed a new gearbox on our clean grain auger. Our dealer in Smithville did not have it in stock. The clerk made arrangements for us to pick it up at the Grimsby John Deere distribution hub. thanks to the clerk at Premier Farm Equipment and very nice people at the distribution hub. We were running again Saturday afternoon. Thank you for the great service.

View on GoogleTell your truck drivers to stop driving too close behind other trucks, it's been 2 drivers in 3 weeks. They are so close in the back of your trailer you barely see their trucks. Happened on 90 NY state. Safety people come on.

View on GoogleIf I could leave a negative star rating I would. The only justification for a awarding even one star is that your people are friendly but that's where any convenience stops. Have REPEATEDLY set up automated payments only to not have them work(when I bought tractor, online and by mail). Your automated system seems to be from 1990 and is near useless. The dealer in Lafayette, NY can't bother to return emails or phone calls to complete aspects of the sale of the tractor. You were supposed to replace a cracked taillight lens but were never available and when I stopped by nobody knows anything. I will NEVER use ANYTHING John Deere again. Goodbye Green...I'm going Orange.
