I am currently receiving treatment for a concussion injury at this place, and I can confidently say that this is by far the best Physio + Massage place I have ever been to in Niagara region. From the polite and friendly receptionists to John himself, there is always efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding first-class care. What can I say about John Chan Physiotherapy? They are amazing. Starting with the receptionist, they are wonderful. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have cheery dispositions and are fun. As for Haley she has been a God send. She has helped me so much. Today I saw her for vertigo, she spent along time with me and explained things thoroughly. I was actually emotional leaving her office as I feel so fortunate to have her in my corner. I would highly recommend this office.
