We purchased used vehicle from John bear, we met with Lisa & A.J one Saturday afternoon and I must say we were treated with absolutely phenomenal customer service, guidance and information and extreme kindness. I would recommend anyone to go see them. We absolutely love our vehicle, hope to one day do business with them again.

Was looking for a good used vehicle. Had the privilege of speaking with Sam in sales who helped me get the perfect vehicle. He was amazing with getting answers and information back to me so I could make the right decision for me. Best of all there was never any pressure. Forgot to make a review a while ago when I first purchased my new car.. I just stopped in one day to look at some SUV’s…I just got a doggy and needed some more room for us.. this kind lovely lady came out to help me .. He was so kind that he offered me not only a 30 day warranty but gave us a 6 month warranty. We have never dealt with such amazing friendly staff as John Bear Buick. Fantastic Dealership! We had Shirley “The Queen Bee” Who did an incredibly good job with all of The things needed to be done for our trade-in and purchase. She made everything easy to be done, Extremely good at what she does. She has a great personality, funny, just makes you feel calm and fun as if she were one of our friends. Always keeps you up-to-date on anything and everything. Doesn’t push on any additions to your vehicle/purchase, Just explains them to you calmly and you can choose. Always double checks to make sure everything needed is finished. If you have any questions, she answers quickly and gives you what you need to know.
