I've had no help from them. I call and leave a voicemail and don't get a call back for a week or two. I tell them I want help with my resume, they say sure, sure and change the subject. I get an appointment set up with a date but no time because the "system is down" and told I'll get a call to confirm a time in the coming week. Within one month not one phone call for that time set of that date. I'm very displeased and still waiting for a phone call back for a message I left. You say you want to help people get employed but you send them to your website that has jobs requiring degrees or years of experience. If that was the case I wouldnt be unemployed. Do better! Don't claim you want to help people when you can't even be bothered to respond to a voicemail. Small town problems I guess, no one wants to work or do their job properly because you can't honestly be that busy that it takes weeks to get a call back.
View on GoogleNot worth the time…you spend months going to appointments that don’t serve you any good, they shut down every opportunity…honestly they don’t do much of anything. If you’re looking for help with work this is not the place. They truly do not care about you in anyway, or try to help you. my worker specifically you cannot understand at all. And she seems completely clueless about her job…Every question is shut down and they definitely don’t provide HELP like they should…very disappointing in the multiple times I’ve been there at different points in my life with different workers, it all leads to a dead end with no options or opportunities…try Erie personal instead

View on GoogleI came here for service Canada. They gave me the number at 11:00. Then they stopped to give number at 11:30. I assumed they calculated schedule for customers, unfortunately I was wrong. They went to have lunch at 12:00 directly. Nobody cared how long you had waited! I think they should be responsible for the people who got the number. They have to finish the work of they decided to give number to customers. Or do not give them number and tell people come back after 12:30 if you cannot finish the work before 12:00. It is wasting time and disrespected.
