I have been very happy with the service provided by JM Nutrition. My dietitian, Lyndsay, was very helpful and non-judgmental. Plans are tailored to meet your specific needs and you don't have to sign up for more than you need. In my case, I was looking for help in handling my IBS. Lyndsay suggested going lactose-free for a month. She also suggested supplements and gut friendly foods. In just a day or so, I was feeling so much better, and that feeling has continued for over two weeks. Their prices are very reasonable, and the Zoom meetings are an easy way to meet. I'm a very satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend their services.
