He made a very difficult situation feel manageable and provided constant reassurance, making me feel safe, supported, and at ease throughout the entire process. The entire team was equally hospitable and caring. The funeral home itself was beautiful, clean, well-kept, and had a calm, classy ambiance. As this was my first experience navigating something like this, everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. This was one of the hardest things I and my family have had to go through, saying goodbye to our mother. From the time I met with Chris to prearrange plans for my mom's funeral, then upon my mother's death, she was picked up and i was asked what type of music she liked as Sasha was going to prepare my mom by giving her a warm bath with her favorite music. I am awed at what J.J. Patterson did. Their professionalism and support during this time was unbelievable. They helped with all the necessary contacts and government notifications, helped plan the luncheon, provided a butterfly theme my mother would have loved and so many other things I had no idea was even possible. We can't say enough about the care provided for my father-in-law. Sasha was absolutely amazing from the time he was placed in her care. Sasha made us so comfortable and put us at ease knowing that he was in such good hands. We've had so many compliments on how perfect everything was.
