Jim's NOFRILLS St Catharines

Wow! This no frills has now become my weekly store. I live in the Falls and dont really care for our no frills here a friend told me this was their favorite no frills store so I decided to check it out. Hands down the best no frills in the area. Clean, large store, well stocked, they had some great deals and I was able to find everything easily I will be back soon. It's a huge relief to find this store

I normally like this store but I will not go back. I forgot to bring bags in, so I asked for a couple paper bags that are usually available for online orders. I clearly stated that I'm willing to pay for them, yet the clerk decided to raise his voice trying to embarrass me and insisted that he can't sell them to me. So basically they just lost about 5-600 dollars worth of business on a monthly basis over a couple of 30c bags. We'll, at least a teenager felt victorious for a day. Hope it was worth it!

Clean and tidy. Quiet at 9am. Fruit such as strawberries and grapes not as fresh as they could be. Can see they are starting to turn. Overall a nice shopping experience.

I always shop here, for the convenience and prices, as well as the stock is there. I am online shopping now due to knee replacement the peeps that pick are great, and have had no issues on products. Will continue moving forward in both ways. Thanks for all you hard work!!!!!

Stopped in for some groceries. I wanted to try something other than Walmart where I usually go. I have been to this location before with no issues. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The gentleman working in the produce and veggie department was very helpful and polite. The store is well stocked with lots off good deals. I thought I was a really good experience.
