Jiffy Lube

Went in for an oil change this past Friday. The manager (did not get his name…darn!), made me aware that I actually did not need an oil change yet and that it would be a waste of money to get one today! The previous oil change I got, the people messed up on the sticker dates and kilometres. Anyways, he asked the employee do please check my tire pressure and fill up my fluids for no extra cost. Excellent customer service and everyone extremely friendly. Will return here to the st Catharine’s location and I’m not even from St. Catharines.

I havent been coming here long..however..I love it! I know nothing about my car or what it needs. I went in for an oil change once and the guys ended up trying to figure out why the light on my dash..for my lights was coming up when my lights were working fine. Turns out they couldn't help me with that but they pointed me in the right direction! 😊 They definitely didn't have to even pretend to look. So I appreciated it greatly! They are all so nice and don't make you feel stupid... or.. make you question whether or not you're getting taken advantage of simply for not knowing about cars. I like that! My most recent visit I got new wipers. I was given two options..while the gentleman could have talked me in to the more expensive ones, we decided they could wait till next winter. Same with my filter that didn't need to be changed yet. At CT I was told they were dirty and needed to be done at every single oil change. Imagine my surprise when I was told it could wait till next time! ❤️ Thank you everyone! I appreciate you 😊

I was in a hurry and didn’t think I had enough time for a much needed oil change but stopped in anyways. There were 2 cars waiting but within 15 minutes a bay opened up and I drove in. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assessed my needs and asked me what I wanted and completed the oil change in no time. They made me feel like a valued customer. They noticed a few things that were a little worn but didn’t try to upsell me on extras that I didn’t need. Thank you again and looking forward to my next oil change at Jiffy Lube!

I was traveling In Saint Catherine’s and the low oil warning light came on. Things like this really stress me out. As luck would have it, I was four minutes according to the GPS from Jiffy Lube. They worked me in almost right away as they knew I was traveling. My car is a BMW and requires a higher grade oil. The staff were really upfront about the pricing and made sure I knew exactly how much it would cost before they started the job. It was much more reasonable than a dealership.The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They got me back on the road in no time. They checked my tire pressure and washed the windows as well. I would give this location five stars. Best staff ever !!

Great customer service, fast oil change while you wait in your vehicle. No appointment necessary. They pointed out that my front tires are very worn (I was aware) and quoted me a great price on new snow tires. Didn't try to pressure me into any "extras" (ie air filter, etc). Two thumbs up.
