Saturday afternoon, my phone call was answered warmly and politely letting me know they would be happy to change the battery in my watch on site for a more than reasonable price. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the wonderful team who were able to answer all my questions and have my watch working again and on my wrist within minutes.
