Impressed by this agency after a claim. I received calls to check in, which I cannot recall happening in my experience with any agents in the past. Sally as a service rep has been warm, thoughtful, and very supportive throughout the ordeal as well as personable! It doesn’t feel like you’re just a file and instead are seen as a person, provided with individual care and down to remembering personal details mentioned. I am pleasantly surprised by the warm approach and empathy.

Customer service is out the window at so many establishments these days but not here - their customer service is top notch. Sally who answers the phone there is always so very polite and super knowledgeable. It makes dealing with insurance claims and questions just that much easier. Highly recommended!!

Our project manager, Brian from First General, went above and beyond to make the remediation process smooth and stress-free. He communicated clearly, handled every detail with professionalism, and ensured we understood what was happening at each step. He truly made a difficult situation feel manageable. The First General crew who did the on-site work were also outstanding—polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They treated our home with care, kept us informed, and made us feel comfortable during a very disruptive time. Our claims advisor, Jill, was equally exceptional. She was kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. Jill took the time to explain the claims process, answer all of our questions, and remind us that everything would be taken care of and restored properly. Her calm, supportive approach gave us so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. Thanks to this team, what started as a chaotic and upsetting experience turned into one where we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.
