I was really excited about finally booking this location this year - I will not be, because of the snotty representative answering these reviews. They have 0 response when it's positive, but every single review that has something they didn't like (even if it's not a rude review) has a snarky comeback. Get a different resort representative that doesn't hate people.
View on Googleloved it ! This campsite was so fun yet it is geared towards kids. There’s many activities like mini putt, splash pad, hosted events, etc. My family and I rented an rv and it was good a good size and quality for the price except the pull out couch is VERY stiff. My only other con is that the wifi that you have to pay for sucks, overall I loved camping here.
View on GoogleOverall, it was decent. Watch your kids, staff can be an issue. It is very busy in the summer time, obviously. Don’t expect much privacy, though other guests tend to be respectful. Small park, walkable, easy access to Niagara Falls and stores nearby. EDIT: I see the business responded, so just wanted to add that what I mentioned I witnessed with my own two eyes. Safety is also mentioned in other reviews.
View on GoogleThe kids playground and water park was like new during my visit and my kids had a fantastic time playing all day. There were also many scheduled activities geared to kids during the day which we enjoyed. Some of the staff were friendly, welcoming and engaging with the kids. Most staff however were more interested in socializing with each other, listening to their ear pods or checking their phones. I firmly object to this behaviour pool side and at a children’s water park. Staff at the water park were not paying attention and I watched many kids run into others at the base of water slides because of negligence on the part of the slide attendant. This is a health and safety issue that needs to urgently be addressed by park management.
View on GoogleThis has been the best camping experience I’ve ever had. So many things to do. Geared to kids entertainment and excitement. I wish it was closer to where I live but so worth the three hour drive. Service is wonderful. Washrooms are clean and close to all camp sites and amenities. Water park, included into camping fee is well worth the price. So so so many fun things to do and it’s all about the kids. The shuttle to the Falls is a bonus as well. We will definitely be returning next year.
