Did not do a proper office cleaning, floors were left with debris, obviously not vacuumed up or mopped. We gave them a second chance after the first cleaning was not done to satisfaction to give them a chance to do better, we also paid the full invoice immediately on good faith that the next cleaning would be done to satisfaction. The next cleaning the same issues , floors not properly cleaned, recycle bins not emptied and then we found out that one of the cleaning staff had a "family member" not hired by the company loitering within the building. This is not acceptable and a security issue yet still this company insists on full payment of the second invoice.
