Finally an honest & trustworthy mechanic shop I can trust. The mechanic Dan that did the work on my Dodge Ram 1500 was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding parts for my vehicle along with the warranties I was unaware of. Was I happy with the total cost of having to fix my vehicle? No absolutely not but that's just apart of the times we are in which is a whole other story. I felt there part pricing was fair. Will definitely bring my vehicle back to JR's Service Centre for future work and spread some good words along the.way as the best advertising they say is through word of mouth! Great job Dan and thank you for your honest, reliable and quick service.

First time going to JR S Service Centre. Rick and his team were amazing. I had no brakes on my car and Rick got me in right away. They fixed them in a very to timely matter. Very pleased with there professionalism and customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks Rick and team.

I was so excited and hopeful that I found a good shop after contacting JR S to have them replace my drum brakes. My car is old. It’s a 2003 and everything on it is original. I take my car to this shop July 3rd for my drum brakes replacement. They fix the noise I was hearing and I was very happy. Happy with the price of $453 and happy that I was no longer hearing the screeching noise. Well that ended about 3 days after I had them replaced. I then started hearing this even more intense screeching noise coming from the back of my car and I was confused because it sounded like the noise was also coming from the drums that I just had totally replaced. I call this shop and say hey I need another appointment my brakes are still bad. They tell me no problem and make my appointment for July 29th. Well the noise got even worse if that’s even possible. I call them again and have my appointment moved up. The next day they tell me the issue with my car is now my wheel cylinders and it shouldn’t be too much money to repair. I’m so angry at this point. They should have seen that my wheel cylinders were shot when they took apart my drums. Both drums and wheel cylinders were ORIGINAL meaning both were 22 years old. If the drums needed to be replaced so should the cylinders, they’re attached to each other. It’s also recommended to not drive with shot cylinders because it’s a hazard and it’s dangerous. If I waited until my original appointment of July 29th and something serious happened I would’ve been even more angry. I ended up paying another $244 for this issue that should have been brought to my attention the first time I brought my car in when they took apart my drums. In total I spent $700 in 3 weeks and $400 of that is in LABOR alone. I told the two mechanics I will be calling their manager in the morning because I am NOT happy. I call the quote on quote “manager” (they don’t have one) and he tells me I needed to come in and show them the “noise” I was hearing when I dropped it off. Arguing with me and telling me that everything I was saying was completely wrong. Terrible customer service. They were booked solid when I dropped my car off BOTH TIMES and they gave me no chance to show them said noise. Telling me they’ve replaced everything I’ve told them to. That’s not their job, if the customer is wrong about the noise they’re supposed to assess it and correct the customer BEFORE doing work that doesn’t need to be done. Also tried telling me the wheel cylinders aren’t attached to the shoe of the drum??? OKAY. And that they only need to be replaced if they’re leaking? I get that but I am almost 10000 percent certain they didn’t even look to see if they were leaking or not… with the noise they were making after I had my drums replaced? Yeaaaahhh.. This place is a scam. They’re not touching my car EVER again. Should be zero stars. Save your money and go to mechanic’s who ACTUALLY know what they’re talking about, assess a car before the owner is there, and know how to do their job. (Isn’t it a little odd that you’re reading other reviews? Talk about unprofessional. A shop shouldn’t touch anything that they don’t think is the actual problem… if the customer is wrong tell them that before touching what doesn’t need to be touched/repaired. Just don’t want to take accountability for a mistake, would rather charge someone more money instead. Also no I was never asked to drive it with yous the second time I was in I had someone with me in there at the desk who can back me up on this. No need to be sarcastic. Being sarcastic is also unprofessional… definitely not a good look for business. I will have a great time at the next shop thanks!)

** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! Quick Flat Tire Fix!** I had a flat tire today and stopped by Auto Centre. They were incredibly helpful and got me back on the road in no time! The service was fast, efficient, and super friendly. Really appreciate their quick assistance. If you need reliable auto service, this is definitely the place to go!
