Above And Beyond. The Service was just Amazing !!! After Installing my own Alternator, then realizing it was the wrong one. I brought my car back to the shop that I purchased it at and the Lady (Jenn) told me up and down my part was the right one and would not take the time to help me resolve the problem at all. I brought my car to Jack Shaws and briefly told (Bill) my problem and with out hesitation he walked out to my car. Bill 100% fix my problem. Further more he was Extremely Professional and Courteous !!! I can not express my gratitude enough for his time and helpfulness !!!
