----WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN---- Honest review. The furniture quality is amazing but this is credit to the manufacturers. The only reason I give a poor-fair review in all 3 categories is due to the fact that Paul, the owner of JP Furnishing & Interiors had sold us a dining table and 4 chair set for over $1,200 almost 5 weeks ago. We got home only to find 3 chairs in the box. He then gave me the option to meet him half way and pick it up or wait a week. I decided to just drive right to his store instead only to find that the 4th chair missing in the set was a floor model which has clear marks on it where he attempted to wipe out stains! He then promised to have a NEW chair to us in a week. Well, it's almost been 5 weeks and I've called weekly to get an update only to hear him say "next week" and now he has started to get rude with me when I call. Next step is to use any consumer protection tools at my disposal and pay him an in-store visit so any walk-in customers can hear what I have to say as well... If you decide to purchase from this store, just hope that you don't have any issues that need to be resolved... Adding to this review - May 29, 2013 We finally got our NEW 4th chair after feeling as though I was bothering the store owner. Now, when I spoke with Paul on the phone to complain about this, he offered to send a new chair when it arrived with not much of a solid time-frame as to when, meet me half way to deliver the clearly used floor model (as mentioned above) or drive 40 mins or so to his store again to pick up the floor model. I wasn't too pleased and he clearly stated on the phone that for the inconvenience, I can keep the floor model and when the new chair comes in, I can pick it up (another drive to his store) and not to worry about giving back the floor model. In his words "I don't care, keep it"... Well... the new chair came in, I drove to his store to pick it up and was asked where the floor model was. Paul wasn't in the store so the person in store at the time called him and he gave me an ear full on the phone. I couldn't say anything over his screaming. Finally, he released the new chair to me that I purchased and said that I will have to eventually return the floor model. Shortly after he called our house, screaming of course, demanding the floor model back. I said I just want to return the whole set and get a refund because of this stress and he told me I couldn't, called me names, told me to F-off etc... After all of the stress and inconvenience he caused we tried to argue our point and stand up for what he said in regards to us keeping the floor model for the inconvenience. That call ended. Now months later (since May 26, 2013), he has been calling us again! He's called our house, my cell phone and left messages to get this chair. Keep in mind, this is a $145 chair!!! After the inconvenience he caused, after telling us he doesn't care and that we can keep the floor model when the new one comes in, after calling us names and swearing at us, he is actually calling again to get this $145 chair back which I'd assume he makes a decent margin on so his cost is probably much less than $145... Unbelievable!!!
