Great experience with a 100 km flatbed tow on short notice on a weekend. Brody got my car to the mechanic and even brought me home afterward. Hope I don't need them again any time soon but I know who to call if I do. Transparent pricing in advance of the trip as well.

Terrific, fast service! I had a breakdown shortly before they were scheduled to close. I called in and spoke with Brody and was very grateful that he was able to get my vehicle in on such short notice. They got me all fixed up super fast at a reasonable price and on my way home. Very grateful to all the staff there that helped me out in a jam. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Jne especially there driver John (big sexy) he wanted to he called by ! My truck broke down friday night at 230am after my baseball game and after waiting for 2.5 hours for a local towing company I called Jne and then 10 min John called me to check in and to make sure the location matched his GPS and he even asked to bring me a coffee. He was in ancaster within 40 min of me calling in and coffee in hand such a friendly and professional driver and the man knew his stuff 10 of 10 for Jne and big sexy !!!!!! Customer for life because of Him !!

John picked up our 1993 GMC Sonoma and was amazing! So friendly and quick to get the job done. He not only called to let me know step by step of what was happening but even sent photos once the car was dropped off at is desired location. 10/10!!
