I would put a Big Zero.... Order some printed products through a distributor as they ordered from JandJ. Well this process is a nightmare, they seem to not care about their own product or customers and or deadlines. I will not say my company or whom I order through as they were great and I truly believe they (JandJ) would hurt them as punishment for this post. But my promo co. shared their experience with me and all the headaches and back and forth with problems from JandJ Manufacturing. Bottom line if you can’t do the Product say so, don’t waste customers time. Plus in the end when tried to rectify Manager was rude, and unnecessarily Angry at us for their incompetence or tried to throw others under the Bus. They should be out of business. Outdated, miserable and down right useless or Fire Her!!!!!!
