The worst 4D experience ever! I went with my friend expecting to enjoy a 4D ride similar to the ones at Disneyland. Unfortunately, it didn’t even meet the standard of the 4D rides I’ve tried in Vietnam, which is still a developing country. They should consider closing this ride. It’s definitely not worth the money.

Just took my family to Niagara and me and my 2 nieces came here for the back to back Sonic shows. 1- it was about 110 degrees in the theater. Seriously, the employee had a fan blowing on her it was so hot. Even the seatbelt was HOT, like the motors under the seats were overheating or something. One of the shows took place in the arctic, you would think you'd get a nice relief of cold air blowing on you since it's 4D. Nope. 2 - Why was there no talking in either Sonic show? Was it film rights or something? It just made the show dull. Thankfully this was the only downer of the trip.

None of the reviews on here truly prepared me for the experience I had here. I love Sonic, I love Night of the Werehog, I even loved the dumb bootleg merch they were selling. I got the cruddy Werehog Sonic keychain. **I did not love this movie "experience."** The waiting room feels like you're in someone's basement, they recently painted over the walls but the ceiling had mold on every part that met a wall or the pillar holding up part of the building. It smelled humid and moldy, we were kinda scared to breathe too much. The electrical work was bizarre, unfinished, and probably a fire hazard. There was a door that opened to an "accessible entrance" (the main one was just stairs) and it had a ton of boxes with tripods in them and an elevator that looks like is hasn't been used since it got there. Had a cute little silhouette of Sonic from the Advanced era on the paper sign taped on there saying "Accessible Entrance". It was very hot down there and it felt very sketchy. For some reason the parents that came with us with their kids didn't seem bothered a single bit. Strange. The glasses they give you are round and my fiance mentioned he wasn't able to see out of them because they were so small they didn't account for his eye width. They fit my head but I guess they really only fit children, I have a small head lol. During the Sonic short, they made the chairs jolt and jostle you to Chip's movements, the photographs as they floated to the floor, every single little subtle movement was programmed into the machine and it HURT. I think my lower back is suffering from it a few days later. The short was also edited to do a ton of slow-mo for very important movements (like punching and being thrown) and made the pacing really odd. The seats are "padded" (I use this term lightly) with very thin leather pads. They sucked. They have little handles on the side but I was afraid to put my hand on the outer one in case the seat beside it (of which was damaged and we didn't want to sit there) flew off the actuator and into our seat. The seats got very hot by the end of the "experience" and they were louder than the movie at times, making abrupt cracking, popping, and banging noises for almost the entire time. The "experience" after the Sonic one was not good, they do force you to watch it because there's no chance to get off it before it begins. It's about a guy who has a penguin tour or something, and we get separated and thrown around with penguins chasing us. It was odd. It was most likely made specifically for this type of ride but all the character models were either startling or just really ugly, and the ride was somehow even rougher than the Sonic one with all the movement from that thing. The animation is laughably bad but I excuse the artist(s) because they probably were on the budget of a potato chip and some pocket lint and had the length of a week to make it. This was probably not worth the like $70 I spent on this....thing to have my fiance, friend, and myself get thrown about and sprayed weird warm mold water at in a dark, dingy room for like 30 minutes. My friend Sam made a review too on here, it has some of the merch on there along with other thing we saw. Worst of all, Sonic didn't spit on me during the short. The walrus did though and it deeply offended me.

This establishment, in every way, has earned its two star rating. For $60 (for a group of three) you get two 15min shorts in an uncomfortably warm and smelly room. There is what appears to be black mould in the ceiling, the actuators in the chairs are not well tuned and will jerk you around violently. The chairs do heat up to an uncomfortably temperature and the tepid water that sprays at you has a strange odour. Curiously, they also were selling some of the most bootleg Sonic keychains I have ever seen in my life. They were so bad, that I actually wound up getting three of them and if that was the goal, then they succeeded. Absolutely stay away from this place, it's not worth the money or your health.

I really wanted to love this but as a mother beware! There NO AC the room is extremely hot. The seats were extremely hot. If you touched a side metal magnet piece where your hands go too long it will burn your hands. I went in with my 7 year old and made sure he never let go of the handles or rested his elbow on the magnet piece. It is in a terrible spot, all the seats between the calf’s and thighs are HOT! We were sweating when we left and I did tell the worker about how hot the seats were and other mothers going in with their small children. I was constantly worried a fire would happen within the seats being over worked in the machines. The movies their selves were a lot of fun and my 7 year old laughed his butt off! Cool experience just needs maintenance and better safety protocols!!!
