Intuitive Shipping

After some issues with shipping at checkout, we reached out to Intuitive Shipping to troubleshoot the problem. Michael at tech. support was diligent and persistent in resolving the issue, even going so far as to walking me through a complicated migration process at UPS, which should be the responsibility of UPS, not Intuitive Shipping. All in all, speaking to a human being via Zoom was wonderful, a refreshing throwback to resolving a tech. issue. Michael went above and beyond and is a major reason why we will continue to use Intuitive. Great job all around. Thank you!

We use Intuitive Shipping across multiple Shopify sites, both D2C and B2B. Our use cases include oversized products and large wholesale orders, mainly shipping within the US and Canada. Before using this app, our biggest pain point was Shopify’s native shipping logic being too flat. You’re basically limited to weight or cart total, which just doesn’t work when shipping costs depend heavily on what products are actually in the cart. For us, shipping methods need to change based on product type, tags, SKUs, region, order value, and weight, sometimes all at once. Intuitive Shipping gives us the level of control we were missing. The shipping rules are extremely granular and can dynamically calculate shipping methods based on cart contents, products, and destination. This alone has helped us significantly reduce manual review and internal shipping overrides. Support is also excellent. It doesn’t feel like you’re talking to entry-level support, everyone we’ve interacted with feels very senior and understands complex logic quickly. They always reply within 24 hours, and honestly, their math and logic skills are probably better than mine. Highly recommended for stores selling oversized products or running wholesale/B2B operations.

Have used Intuitive Shopping on two Shopify stores I manage. The level of detail one can go into is amazing. Takes a little while to become aware of everything one can do, but once you cross that (pretty short) learning stage, this tool is simply brilliant. Support comes in quick and is very helpful. I couldn’t reply to support for a week, but got patient follow-ups making me think their goal is resolution and not come other time-related metric. Shout out to Michael!

I've been using Intuitive Shipping for several years now with a non-profit organizaiton. We integrate both with Shopify and Shipstation. Intuitive shipping allows me to make a lot of complicated shipping rules. The reason I gave them 5 stars is that they have both email support (responses usually come the same day) and can schedule a video conference support session. The people that respond to the emails and on the video support calls are really knowledgable. I've never gotten a silly form email from them -- their responses always show they have heard my problem. I was motivated to write this review, because we had a book written in a non-latin script language where the characters were leading to a shipping issue. They responded to me same day and identified it as a bug there developers would have to fix. There developers had it fixed in two days. Which is lightening fast for developers. So I am a really pleased customer.

The flexibility and control it gives us over our shipping logic is unmatched. Whether we’re setting rules for weight-based rates, zone restrictions, or custom scenarios tied to product tags, it just works — and works well. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need guidance.
