Staff here is incredible. They make the experience so worth it. Always a sale on and you can earn points in store towards stuff too. One of my favourite dispensaries in town.

Was just threatened by the attendant at 8:45pm on 2025-11-08, she did everything to try to instigate me by telling me my last 2 weeks of purchases haven't built any points (she said oct 26th), and then she threatened to call the cops on me. I asked her to please do and she refused to, stating "no one would believe you". I had my dog with me and was grabbing a half quarter, this was the second time I was there today and I had been advised by the young black haired girl that my points were building. I felt absolutely threatened as a repeat customer, and this attendant did not care about her behaviour. She did finish my purchase, after nearly 8-10 minutes, and she had some very unpleasant things to say.

10/10 service all staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products this Im my go to store always have a wonderful experience

The best cannabis shop with fabulous staff. Very knowledgable, unbelievably friendly/pleasant staff!! This is definitely my favourite store!! You will never feel rushed into a sale and they are always great at answering any questions. Happy 420 everyone! 💨

I've been shopping at this location here, since the shop opened. From day one I was comfortable entering this establishment. The staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to address all your needs, making sure you have what's needed/wanted for yourself. They always keep current on education, and have an incredible selection of products. All I have to add is this is an AMAZING legal dispensary! My go to Inspired Cannabis store here in Welland (Rosecity) Don't miss out on a crew that treats you like family!
