From start to finish, our experience with InspireClean Niagara was nothing short of amazing. When trying to book an appointment, Erin, was patient, understanding, knowledgable, listened to my needs, and booked an appointment when I needed it even with short notice. I can not express how wonderful the two ladies were that came to our unit to clean (Jenny and Shelby). They came in with two huge smiles on their faces and just radiated warmth, caring, and passionate energy. They were on time, professional, and diligently cleaning everything to perfection. What made the experience so wonderful is that they made our tenant comfortable, they respected the tenant's belongings, and did not come in with an judgements. They spoke with our tenant, were getting to know our tenant and what their needs were all while cleaning. Thank you very much InspireClean Niagara for your incredible service.

Where to start....I'll attach photos to make it clear...dirty water to clean brand new white cabinets, not getting the corners, etc. Customer service did not respond to emails. Their guarantee of coming back to fix the problem has been non-existent... This was for a post renovation clean (deep clean)...I could have spent 45 min lazily wiping things down myself and saved the $931

I’ve been using InspireClean Inc’s services for more than 6 months now. All this time I have been so impressed by the work and overall professionalism of their Associates and Management team. The associates always arrive on time, which is super important for me since I have little kids and usually have lots going on with their daily routines. Secondly, the level of detail in their cleaning is amazing. My floors, washrooms, mirrored furniture pieces, and even washer & dryer have never looked better! Kim, Noveya, Sonam, Samaria & Erin have all worked in my house and all were so great! By the way, this is the other great thing about their service - a large crew who are all professional and good at what they do. If there are any scheduling changes required, the management team can arrange for another time or another Associate from their team to do the job. Lack of flexibility for schedule changes was a huge pain point for me with my previous service provider. I also love the ease with which you can book recurring cleaning jobs on their website and specify exactly what you’d like done. This way there’s no confusion, and as a customer I appreciate the opportunity to think about and communicate ahead of time what I want cleaned. The Associates also always ask to do a walk through at the end to make sure nothing was missed and I appreciate that so much. Well, as you can tell, I’m a fan of InspireClean’s service and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and professional cleaning company.

Extremely happy! Heidy, Heather, Meranda and Melissa showed up promptly and make sure our house were sparkling before they left! I requested a deep clean and I will be sure to use them again. Very polite, courteous and used pet friendly product for my cat. Thank you ladies !!!
