Staff was helpful with adjustments and repairs. Good selection of affordable frames. Got new distant glasses in 1 day!!

Recommend. Unlike other offices they accepted my ODSP benefits.

I feel I need the share the amazing service I just had at Insight eyewear. I recently picked a popular (but different) optometrist for my check-up and had nothing but issues. Lens needed to be corrected and they wouldn’t assist with putting my regular lens back in my VERY expensive sunglasses. I couldn’t use glasses with specific script. So…to the good part of my review…I called Insight to see if they would even consider helping me put lens in my glasses so I could use them. They did - at no charge and promptly so I could finally use my glasses! This will be my new optometrist without question!!

Came in for a 12:20 appointment for 2 small children. Was after 1pm by the time we were seen. Yet another Dr. Who believes their time is more valuable then his patients. They called for weeks leading up to the appointments to confirm. By the way they push for you to make an appointment you'd think they would have time for their patients. Time is Valuable, I won't let this Dr waste any more of ours.
