Inniskillin Wines

I have always been a fan of their ice wine, so decided to try their Luminations. Enjoyed a thick rich ice wine hot chocolate amongst a roaring fire, blanketed maskoka chairs and ambient lights. Come bundled to keep toasty warm but they can help there too with touques and mittens for sale.

We had a tour yesterday and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. For some reason none of us remembered our tour guides name but he did a great job explaining the history and showing us around. The ice wine tasting was amazing. We enjoyed having marshmallows around the fire pit. The food I had was tasty.

We had a great time visiting and touring the winery. Andrea was a great guide. We really learned a lot about the processing of Icewine. It was fun to see that basket and other equipment. We loved seeing a vineyard with snow in the background. The Vidal Icewine is my favorite wine!

I can’t say enough good things about Inniskillin. We had our team Christmas dinner there yesterday. Sumie and her team were amazing. We had first started with cocktails at their tasting room followed by dinner in the wine cellar and then s’mores at the fireplace. The food was just amazing, the wine was amazing, and the toffee pudding was simply delicious. The whole experience was top notch from the service, to the ambience. Thank you very much to the team at Inniskillin for making our evening so special. We really appreciate it and will definitely be back.

The tasting room had a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, making it the perfect setting to savor the exquisite flavors of their ice wines. Tasting the 2024 Vidal Ice Wine was a revelation. Its rich, luscious sweetness balanced perfectly with bright acidity, creating a harmonious flavor profile that was nothing short of spectacular. The notes of tropical fruits and honey were simply divine, and it was easy to see why this wine has garnered such acclaim. What made the experience even better was the knowledgeable staff who guided us through the tasting, providing insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of ice wine. Their enthusiasm truly enhanced our appreciation for the wines. Overall, our visit to Inniskillin Winery was a 5-star experience. If you’re a fan of dessert wines or simply looking to try something special, I cannot recommend their ice wines enough. We left with a number of bottles of the 2024 Vidal Ice Wine, and I can’t wait to enjoy it again! This winery is a must-visit for anyone traveling in the area.
