I would highly recommend Ingrain Concepts if you’re doing a kitchen renovation. My husband wanted to compare prices with other venues however my research showed less than ideal reviews. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. Within a week of seeing my dated kitchen, Dave designed plans to our satisfaction. The plan was to remove our kitchen bulkheads and have tall cabinets to the ceiling. One week prior to our installation date, my husband, in the process of removing our bulkheads, discovered we had duck work and plumbing in one of our bulkheads, therefore that bulkhead could not be removed. Our cabinets had already been cut. This was beginning to feel like a nightmare. Mike came to our home first thing the next morning, took measurements and a new design was provided the same day to incorporate one wall with a bulkhead that had shorter cabinets and the other wall with tall cabinets. The cost difference was not as high as we anticipated. Corner shelves were designed as an addition that divided the shorter cabinets with the taller ones which created a very attractive appearance. I feel my kitchen has more character as a result and I just love it. In addition to having quality cabinets, Ingrain Concept staff were quick to find a solution when a problem arose. Mike always responded quickly to my emails from beginning to end which also confirms excellent service. My rating is 5/5.

Ingrain Concepts is very knowledgeable and experienced in their craft, and very honest and trustworthy, most important, they do excellent work. All of our customers love the pieces built and are very satisfied with the service to create and deliver the elegant pieces built for their homes. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for custom cabinetry.

We could not be happier with our kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry room and mudroom designed by Dave at Ingrain Concepts. The experience was great from start to finish; Dave helped us achieve the exact layout we envisioned for the spaces, his advice and beautiful showroom helped us choose all the detail and finishes, and he worked with us to facilitate changes we wanted to make along the way. When it came time for installation he and his employees were all very friendly and focused and a pleasure to have working in our home. Dave has incredible attention to detail, he’s a perfectionist in his design and installation which you can see in the finished product. We have had so many compliments on the beauty of his work in our home and we enjoy the design and practicality of it all every day.

I am so pleased with our kitchen. Dave came up with the best design and kitchen is more functional. Cabinetry is excellent and Aaron and John did a great job installing. We highly recommend In Grain and maybe we had to wait longer than other companies that gave us an estimate, but so glad we did wait. Kitchen is beautiful. Thank you In Grain!!
