I’ve been going to Industry Hair in St. Catharines for over 8 years for my cuts and highlights, and they always do the best job! My hair used to feel thin and flat, but now it’s shiny, healthy, and full of volume — I always get compliments on it. The whole team is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. And I have to mention — their in-house sweet ( but not too sweet) treats are the best in town, and the coffee honestly beats most coffee shops (my mom agrees too!). Always such a treat every visit!

I needed a new salon after 20 years with my previous hairdresser. This place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in you know you are in the right place. I had extensive damage from extensions. I sent photos via email. Not only did i get a call back within 24hours but an appointment the very next week. My hair was in a bad way. Weak brittle ends, thin, over all I was horrified at the state AND i tried coloring it myself. I was matched with Lenny. I'm going to sum this up. Brilliant. She knew what i wanted in the long run. The best part. No waiting when I walked in. She told me the price before starting, so no end of treatment huge price suprise. No product sell up. I would recommend booking your next appointment ahead. Now, my daughter and son go here as well. The transformation that was done on my daughter's hair was nothing short of award winning. This salon is brilliant,clean,efficiently run by a well trained stylists who listen to their clients. They also have really cute hairbands and clips for amazing prices. I would like to keep this place my own little secret, but they deserve all the credit. Thank you INDUSTRY!
