No longer interested in giving them my business. Ignorant, rude and completely incompetent when dealing with customers. There is only one good worker there and I feel sorry for her. If I could go negative stars it would be negative 5. Let me give a little context regarding why I feel so strong regarding customer service. If someone shows up to a store and deals with one clerk asks specific questions and only get one specific answer to the multiple questions being asked is an issue, especially when you have to travel back to the store for something that's not even there. Now returning when I quote said "I was just told the machines are down, can I get this product". To be told they don't have it is my issue. When I ask why I wasn't told when I was just there doesn't mean I just called, so when asking again I would expect an apology on the matter and not some excuse on how you just started. Giving the benefit of the doubt I asked if everyone knew the specific products being asked for wasn't in stock, no answer no apology just again how buddy just started. I understand it's a smoke shop but it's still a business and dealing with customers takes a certain care. Man just cared if I wanted something else and didn't care to advise when stock would be back or once again an apology of any kind. Just kept asking if I wanted to buy anything else. I do have to apologize for saying there's only one good worker there. But I've only had a good interaction with one clerk.

I went to the new Welland store and was served by Meesha I’m pretty sure that was his name I just wanted to say that he’s a great employee he had an answer for any question I had and his dedication for being the best shows big time, I was so impressed and will be back again…plus I wanna support your business…thanks 🙏

Bought some of their "Ice Wine" strain and that stuff is some serious chronic. Took one bong hit and I was done for the night. Really nice staff, good selection, and reasonable prices. Would most definitely visit again : )

What's with the smokes rolled too tight? Do you just stock the questionable cartons? 1 of 2 were ready to smoke today, the rest will have to be hand pinched to burn. Other brands might be a good idea. Good cheap smokes are a good idea, especially 24\7 but the product needs to be addressed. I'll drive to Caledonia to get a few cartons that I don't have to play with to get a haul when I'm at work. But still a good 50\50 chance,

Best store ever. Great people working there. Very fair prices. Excellent quality. Can’t say enough good things. I’ll be a customer as long as they’re in business. Highly recommended.
